Michael Cool:

Cool serves as Group Organizational Leader for Acxiom’s Background Screening division and oversees the sales, product development, and strategic planning initiatives of the Cleveland-based entity.

Prior to Acxiom, Cool served as vice president and general manager of the former employment screening division of TransUnion. He also worked for a major national retail chain as the director of loss prevention, which utilized his 13 years of experience as a detective, trainer, and member of the SWAT team.
